Home Manager – Surrey - £28-40k plus benefits plus bonus

An extremely rare and exciting management opportunity has arisen within a prestigious care provider in Surrey in a beautiful home set in impressive grounds. This period building has an excellent reputation and the “wow” factor as well.

My client is a major provider of care homes with an outstanding industry reputation providing nursing care to service users. They offer a range of services throughout the UK to meet the differing needs of individuals in later life and won’t settle for anything less than the very best level of care and service.

We are looking for a commercially savvy manager (ideally with a NMC number although that is not essential) to take control of this relatively small home and maintain the standards that are currently in place. The long term aim of the home is change the ratio of beds from a mix of PCT and Private to 100% Private.

The role would be just as suitable for a proven manager looking to take a step into a smaller home as it would for an ambitious Deputy ready to take a step up, as well as for anyone wanting to move into a company focused on long term development with outstanding career opportunities. Ideally you should be RMA / NVQ 4 qualified with prior experience in this setting.
